Liqui are renowned for their coffee shop design and Crate47 for their branding. By combining their skills they have provided a complete turnkey service for clients on a number of projects. To promote this service they teamed up to produce a trade stand for London/Amsterdam Coffee Festival and Cafe Culture. It was designed to purposefully stand out and look completely different from any of its surroundings.
The whole stand looks like one large blueprint you can step into. Over the years Liqui and their sister company Crate47 have formed a comprehensive level of understanding and experience designing coffee shops together. The aim of this unusual trade stand was to illustrate that fact.
The stand is formed from three separate elements. The counter, the stools and a backing image. This image utilises a blueprint style illustration of a coffee shop design that plays with perspective disappearing off into the background. The three-dimensional illustration of a counter and Liqui’s very own Splice Bar Stools add depth to the whole illusion creating an immersive environment that grabs people’s attention.
