We are a friendly, hardworking team who are devoted to what we do. We’re looking for an organised, energetic and hard-working Office Admin Manager who will share our drive to be better and help to build our brand. The role will take place at our studio in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

Summary of key role responsibilities (Including, not limited to):

– General office administration

– Financial administration

– Staff administration and HR

General office administration:

– Assist designers with document control

– Setting up project files and general archiving

– Help organise events

– Organise the in-house filing system

– Help answering the phone and coordinate communication with the office

Financial administration:

– Look after directors and office expenses

– Assist in preparation of invoices

– support and liaise with our external accountant

Required skills/responsibilities:

– At least 2 years experience in the same (or similar) role

– Software skills – Microsoft Office (or similar) is essential. Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (admirable). Training can be provided if required

– Ability to follow instruction, have good numerical skills, be punctual, reliable and able to work to tight deadlines

– Ability to operate printers and general IT

– Full driving license with own vehicle

– A can-do attitude is a must

Employment Terms:

– You will need to be Sussex based or live within an hours commute of the studio

– Working days are Monday – Friday based on 40 hours per week.
(Infrequent weekend work may be required for build-up and take-down at an exhibition)

– 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

– Salary is negotiable based on experience
