The Mahlkönig trade stand was created by Liqui’s exhibition designers to tie-in with the Coffee Masters arena at The London Coffee Festival – where it was hosted for the first time in 2015. Coffee Masters is a fast-paced multi-disciplinary barista competition developed by the team at Allegra in collaboration with Liqui Design, working as consultants to Piano Works, and the coffee creative duo DunneFrankowski.

The Mahlkönig trade stand utilised the coherent design language used throughout the whole arena. Making use of sustainably sourced materials like birch ply and pine. With its pine slat fronted counter and deep black bar top it’s a design that boasts a refined and focused aesthetic.
